4. Immunisation coverage

The calculation of coverage for some immunisation in this report uses two different denominators:
i. Live birth obtain from Departments of Statistics, Malaysia (DOSM);
ii. Live births collected based on the National Tuberculosis Information System Manual (Edition 2004), TBIS
